Is it safe?

What is an adjustment?

A chiropractic adjustment is the art of using a specific force in a precise direction, applied to a joint that is fixated, “locked up”, or not moving properly. This adds motion to the joint, helping the bones gradually return to a more normal position and motion.

Tool-Assisted Myofacial Technique

Tool-assisted myofascial release technique is an effective chiropractic treatment method designed to relieve pain and increase range of motion. The treatment is especially helpful in releasing scar tissue, which can make tissues within your body adhere to one another, often painfully. For patients who prefer alternatives to side-effect laden prescription medication, chiropractic care using tool-assisted MFR is an excellent option.
